More than half a year ago, I was in the transition period between my student visa and my graduate visa, and my previous agency had left me with a very bad impression — I had paid money but received no professional service. I was a bit worried about renting again. Fortunately, I came across RE/MAX. After I showed genuine interest in renting a property, the team gave me very positive feedback and helped me complete the rental process actively and quickly. After I moved into the property, a staff member also emailed me with guidance on how to pay the bills and sent me the inventory check. This was the proper service I should have received but didn’t when I first rented in the UK. With RE/MAX, you have nothing to worry about. In another month, due to a big life changing, I will have to move out and leave London. Deep down, I'm reluctant to leave — London is truly wonderful, and both RE/MAX and the landlord have been great. I believe the move-out process will go very smoothly as well. When the time comes, I will write another review for everyone's reference, and I hope our paths may cross again in the future.
