I've had a really positive experience with the team at Prospect Estate Agency in Wokingham (now 2 years and a half). From the outset, everyone has been friendly, responsive and professional, making what can often be a stressful process much easier to navigate. Communication has been excellent throughout, and I've always felt that my queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently. It's refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely appears to care about providing good customer service. The only reason this isn't a full 5 stars is because, despite all the help, I still haven't had the pleasure of meeting Nikki Gardner in person;😄 Hopefully we'll put that right soon. Thank you to the entire Prospect Wokingham team for your support. I'd happily recommend your services to others.

In comparison to most estate agents, I must say that Prospect Wokingham are absolutely fantastic. Both Charlotte Morgan during the viewing and offer phase and Nikki Gardner as our property manager are exceptional. They are true professionals and super easy to deal with. Their great work should be recognised. I look forward to moving in to my new property and highly recommend anyone to use Prospect when looking for a property in and around Wokingham

I truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown by my property manager, Nikki Gardner. She is very attentive and delicate in handling matters, always making sure concerns are addressed thoughtfully. What impressed me most was her responsiveness—even when I had an issue over the weekend, she promptly replied and helped resolve it without delay. Her dedication and reliability give me peace of mind, and I feel well supported knowing she is managing the property. Highly recommended!

Beth murphy is lovely she made sure to keep us updated and push things along when things were going slower and very helpful. also the lady who showed us round the flats was lovely too because we didn’t have a car at that point and she kindly drove us round. the only thing i’d say is don’t use the conveyancers they reccomend.. super expensive

Review for Nikki Gardner Only reason for 5 stars is due to it being the max allowed to give, otherwise there would be more Rental sector is not an easy one to navigate, but through all the complications and hard work required at times, Nikki has done her best to work the landlord to get compliance done. Having her in charge of the property provides peace of mind.
