Had 4 viewings with Rachel this evening and she made the experience really painless, very patient, not in your face or pushy but also there enough to guide us around. Of all the agents we have used recently Rachel and Prospect have left us feeling at most ease and comfortable continuing our purchasing journey. We are currently weighing up our options but will 100% be returning to Rachel to carry through on one of our options. I instructed Prospect to market my apartment. I was impressed from the outset with the whole process which was not always straightforward (through no fault of Prospect) ……..The team always stepped up to resolve the issues and I was very impressed with their communication and availability. Harry from the Prospect team was always very helpful throughout the purchase of our house. Always responded quickly to emails and was a great help at getting us in contact with mortgage advisors and solicitors when they were taking a while to respond. Also during our time purchasing a house, our landlord was selling our flat using prospect. Harry was always good about giving us plenty of notice about viewings and making sure they fit a time that worked for us.
