Had a great and smooth process with the Collins Sarwar team. I had early discussions with Shaq who explained all the services on offer and then onboarded me. From that point Shaq and the Collins Sarwar team handled everything and kept me informed along the way. I was listing a property to be rented and within a week of the ads going out they had sourced a great tenant who was the right fit for the property. Paperwork and deposits were completed swiftly and comms were great.

The problems, frustrations and upset caused since CS decided to go against the lease instructions have lasted for a whole year. There has been little consideration for the leaseholders and their peace of mind and well being, in fact the actions by CS have added to the distress of the leaseholders. Now we have left them, they are not even getting back to us regarding ongoing problems from the ongoing issues. All of this could have been avoided if CS had displayed at least some inclination to act in the best interests of the estate as a whole or at least to consult with the leaseholders regarding their inexplicable actions, as it states in the lease they should have. They still run a flat within the estate and neither they or the owner of the flat are showing any desire or inclination to deal with the problems which CS have caused through their actions. They lack communication skills, whatever the rest of the testimonials say. Profit has definitely been valued over substance and consideration in this case and it is not being addressed with any degree of purpose or care. There is a lack of communication or of any reply regarding redecoration needed because of flooding from the aforementioned property managed by CS. There is an overall sense of apathy and a lack of any kind of intuition or instinct regarding how certain actions taken may affect the rest of the community of the estate. They have been very short sighted throughout our whole time with them as a management team with the eye on the dollar above anything else. People have and are suffering because of this.
