Couldn't recommend Batchelor's highly enough. From our initial meeting right through to the sale of our property, Stefan was so knowledgeable and was on hand to support us as and when we needed it. He answered any questions, assuaged any concerns we had and helped us achieve our goal of a quick turnaround by getting the property on the market within 4 days of appointing him as our estate agent and then getting a record sale on our property within 8 days. My wife viewed a property that was being marketed by Batchelors estate agents and I must say what a delight it was to deal with them, Steffan is a complete gentleman and so polite and understanding.
My wife put an offer in for the house which was accepted so we decided to use Batchelors to market our house.
Again a very smooth transaction, no fuss, all the marketing done. If you are looking for an honest and understanding estate agents then you must use Batchelors.
For Myself and my wife I would say that Steffan is more of a friend now.
