Native British teacher with 25 years experience teaching English conversation, exams (TOEFL, SAT, IELTS, FCE, CAE, ETC) to mostly individuals, but at times to small groups.

I teach students of all levels

My methods vary according to the needs of the student, reinforcing areas -be they grammar, reading, speaking, pronunciation, writing, and/or listening- where the student needs practice , without neglecting other areas of English.

Conversation classes will involve the students talking about things that interest them, but also how to talk about things they don't always know a lot about.

Exam classes will include a pre-evaluation in the exam they are going to take if the student doesn't already have a recent one to see where they need improvement.

Both conversation and exam classes will have as much homework as the student can do depending on other commitments.
