After seeing the great reviews, I took my Dell XPS in when it stopped turning on. Although I suspected it might be a total loss, the team went above and beyond to try and revive it. Even though it couldn't be saved, they didn't charge me for their diagnostic efforts, giving me the peace of mind to finally move on without spending any more time or money on it. ​The owner is incredibly friendly and explained the technical details so clearly that I felt completely informed. Had it been repairable, their quote was also very reasonable. I would easily return here for any future tech issues.

Today I used PC Xpress for the first time after spilling liquid on my MacBook Pro (2021 - M2). Joe gave fantastic customer service prior to my arrival over a phone call. He answered all of my questions and talked me through possible outcomes. When I arrived he got straight to work. Again, he took the time explain in full and show me the issues which I very much appreciated. He gave the motherboard a good clean and quickly looked at my phone. I had a great experience at the shop. I bought a new NVMe SSD online but did not have the correct mounting screw. The boss kindly given one free of charge, which was a great help. I also had a good chat with the boss, he is very knowledgeable about computers.
