I recently contacted Jerry and their team to replace our old septic tank pump, which had finally reached the end of its life. The job was far from straightforward, with a very tight working space and plenty of challenges along the way. Despite this, the team was absolutely brilliant. They took the time to research exactly what I needed and carried out the installation with professionalism and courtesy. Throughout the process, I was kept informed from start to finish, which made everything feel much less stressful. This company genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its work. We had a need to have our Septic tank renewed to allow sale of our property. Jerry who is the owner and is so positive and very knowledgeable did a site visit and quickly advised on best option to satisfy our requirements. The job was completed within 2-weeks of awarding Drain-Age with the job. With Protective boards used during the process it was difficult to see where all the digging for pipe work and Septic tank had taken place. I would strongly recommend Jerry and his team.

Drain-Age came within an hour of us calling them and replaced the pump to our sewage treatment plant. They also fixed bad wiring to the alarm and reduced the noise made by the pump.
