I recently contacted Jerry and their team to replace our old septic tank pump, which had finally reached the end of its life. The job was far from straightforward, with a very tight working space and plenty of challenges along the way. Despite this, the team was absolutely brilliant. They took the time to research exactly what I needed and carried out the installation with professionalism and courtesy. Throughout the process, I was kept informed from start to finish, which made everything feel much less stressful. This company genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, great team who truly take the worry and mystery out of any project, giving you complete peace of mind. Fantastic service always. Drainage have looked after our treatment plant for years, installed a new one and fixed water supply leaks. Always friendly, responsive (even late on Friday afternoon) and efficient. Thanks to Jerry and his team.

Drain -age have been fantastic. Needed a sewage treatment system installed. Had 4 quotes and did some research myself, Drain-age were the only ones who seemed to cross all the T’s and dot the i’s so to speak. They were not the cheapest but definitely came through when things didn’t quite go to plan (water) Kept me informed all the way through, and the team from Clinton during the initial visit , to Jerry in the office and the guys who came to carry out the install were all courteous and professional. Really cannot recommend them enough.
