Ben arrived on time, so cheerful and polite, cleared my extremely blocked drain, was very reasonably priced, I thought it was going to be more. I would definitely recommend.

Communication with Ben was easy throughout. He showed up on time and I explained the issues I was experiencing. He was extremely thorough and explained clearly every step what was needed to be done and why. He also offered some easy fixes on how to make downstairs loo flush more efficient. Great service very professional work. Came on time and completed the agreed work to a high standard. We as consumers are quick when we think we receive poor service but not as quick to compliment a good service. This was a GOOD service which i would use again without any concerns if standards are maintained to the level I received. The chap also was very polite and a credit to the company. I have used other companies to perform the same work and to be honest i have been disappointed with the results. I was not on this occasion and it was a very pleasant surprise to me to see good tradesmen are still around
