I brought in a fluffy jacket that had been washed incorrectly and lost all its softness. The team here was incredibly helpful. They figured out exactly what went wrong and worked their magic to bring it back to its original fluffiness! Super grateful for their care and expertise. Highly recommend!

I used The Garment Spa pick-up and delivery service to dry clean a large duvet. It was a great service. It was collected as arranged (with a notification they were on the way) and delivered back all freshly cleaned and packaged well. I really like their ethos of being as eco as possible. You don't get that terrible dry cleaner smell when you are there and like the plastic-free packaging. I'm a big believer of supporting our local independent Chiswick businesses and they've certainly a part of the community after so many years. Great service - highly recommend!
