Honestly, these guys are the best in west London. I’ve lived in Brentford, Ealing, Acton and now Chiswick. Not only are these guys super quick and deliver real quality clean, but always super kind and provide generally good service. My Fiancé insisted that we keep going to these guys because sometimes we’ve had our dry cleaning come back with others and seen marks may have not been removed. we’ve never had that issue here and if there is any occasion where we had concern that some bits might not be able to be washed out they’ve always flagged that beforehand. They’ve also given advice as to why things like the stitching might come off when we’ve washed ant home and better ways to look after the clothing which I really appreciate. overall can’t recommend enough.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should know about my experience. I took a 100% silk Carolina Herrera dress to this dry cleaner. I had previously had the dress professionally cleaned several times without any issues. I was asked whether I agreed to a wet-cleaning method. I agreed because I relied on their professional judgment and expertise. I do not have the technical knowledge to decide how a delicate designer silk dress should be cleaned. The dress was supposed to be ready within two weeks, but it took over two months. When I finally saw it, it had been completely altered. The silk had lost its smooth texture and sheen, the fabric felt rough, there were visible marks and colour variations, and it was covered in creases. I did not accept the dress because it was no longer in the condition in which I had left it. Since then, I have spent several more months trying to resolve the matter. I was repeatedly told to come back another day because the manager was unavailable or a decision had not yet been made. Although they eventually refunded the cleaning charge, we could not reach a fair resolution regarding the damage to the dress. I even suggested that, instead of compensating me directly, they make a donation to charity. Unfortunately, the amount they were prepared to offer was, in my view, far too low given the circumstances, so we were unable to reach an agreement. Based on my experience, I would not trust this dry cleaner with a delicate or high-value garment. If you only need everyday shirts or standard items cleaned, your experience may be different, but I cannot recommend them for special occasion or designer clothing. This review reflects my personal experience.

Brilliant laundry! I brought there a delicate garment puffer jacket with very old serious stains and trousers. This laundry made both items to look absolutely new! They told me that they had to wash puffer for 3 times to get that result. I was not charged for additional washes. They also explained me the process they will follow and their explanations about the stains. I can say these people are very professional! I’m always cautious about laundries as got some clothes destroyed there without admission of their fault. I am very confident in this laundry and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I brought in a fluffy jacket that had been washed incorrectly and lost all its softness. The team here was incredibly helpful. They figured out exactly what went wrong and worked their magic to bring it back to its original fluffiness! Super grateful for their care and expertise. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing and would definitely not recommend. I dropped off a coat and 2 sets of curtains and I was given a receipt that said total amount due £136. When I went to take my things the price was doubled and I was told the initial amount was only for 1 set of curtains and not 2. Total amount due should have been made clear from the beginning. Had I known the total amount would be this extortionate I would have never left my curtains there. As a gesture of goodwill they offered to make a 20% discount after admitting that it was miscommunication on their part but only if I paid in cash. I didn't have enough cash so had to pay by card so they ended up giving only 10% off for a mistake that was completely their fault. I will definitely not be going to Garment Spa again.
