The lady handling the booking was great and helped me with all my queries and requests. I was quite a nuisance but she was exceptionally professional for a cleaning company. I do not fault her service at all. As for the cleaners, they did quite a so so job. I could've done a better one myself except I was paying them to do it. I left them with a few stains to remove and they put no effort into removing them across floor tiles, walls, sinks etc. I would've removed them myself except I was moving and I expected them to put the effort in since I was paying them for a deep clean. Perhaps they didn't know the stains could be removed but I don't feel they tried.....Discoloured floor grouting is an obvious one and they could've put far more effort into polishing them to their original white (or near enough match) instead of just giving it a cursory mop. They even left a pile of debris in the corner that was picked up in the inventory report as my mess. I don't know how they let that happen. Plus I told them to be careful cleaning a broken blind and I think they broke it even further! (Maybe I should've not told them to clean it, to be fair.) Yet they did a good job generally wiping things down etc in the fridge, cupboards, etc. Just not enough effort into getting things immaculate. Slightly disappointing overall.

Brilliant and professional end of tenancy clean with no hassles. Arrived a head of time and promptly called ahead of schedule to inform us the clean has been complete to an incredible standard.

First time using this company and they will now be the only one I turn to. Had some very heavy stained upholstery and after contacting Yulia, the communication was immediate, courteous and arrangements were really easy. I was given a quote and there were no hidden extras. Their cleaner turned up bang on time , was super polite and respectful of my wooden floors with his equipment. He worked SO hard to make sure everything was a good as it could be( which was excellent) and then cleaned up swiftly and efficiently afterwards. Can't recommend them any more highly. Brilliant.

I’ve been using Efficient Cleaning for over 4 years now for both post-builders cleaning and regular weekly domestic cleaning, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Every single visit is carried out to the highest standard, with incredible attention to detail. The team is punctual, professional, and completely trustworthy—it’s such a relief knowing I can rely on them week after week. After renovation works, they left the place spotless and dust-free, which is no small feat. It’s rare to find a cleaning company that’s consistently excellent for so many years, but Efficient Cleaning truly lives up to their name. Would give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could.
