I can’t recommend this cleaning company highly enough. They are always responsive, incredibly accommodating, and nothing is ever too much trouble. If my regular cleaner is unavailable, they always manage to find a replacement, so I’m never left without help. The quality of cleaning is outstanding—the best cleaner I’ve ever had. Their reliability, flexibility, and excellent customer service make them a pleasure to work with.

The lady handling the booking was great and helped me with all my queries and requests. I was quite a nuisance but she was exceptionally professional for a cleaning company. I do not fault her service at all. As for the cleaners, they did quite a so so job. I could've done a better one myself except I was paying them to do it. I left them with a few stains to remove and they put no effort into removing them across floor tiles, walls, sinks etc. I would've removed them myself except I was moving and I expected them to put the effort in since I was paying them for a deep clean. Perhaps they didn't know the stains could be removed but I don't feel they tried.....Discoloured floor grouting is an obvious one and they could've put far more effort into polishing them to their original white (or near enough match) instead of just giving it a cursory mop. They even left a pile of debris in the corner that was picked up in the inventory report as my mess. I don't know how they let that happen. Plus I told them to be careful cleaning a broken blind and I think they broke it even further! (Maybe I should've not told them to clean it, to be fair.) Yet they did a good job generally wiping things down etc in the fridge, cupboards, etc. Just not enough effort into getting things immaculate. Slightly disappointing overall.

I used Efficient Cleaning for years before we went to live abroad. After coming back to London, we contacted them again. Yulia came to our house, we've discussed the amount of work and she calculated time and money needed for the the list of jobs created. The first cleaner was nice but ended up considerably "cutting corners". I emailed photos to Yulia as evidence and asked to change the cleaner (cleaning service was over £100). Yulia offered a different cleaner, who was also nice, but didn't finish 1/3 of the job withing the time discussed and agreed with Yulia earlier. She asked me in the end if she shall leave the hoover and mop for me to finish. (I also paid 30 extra mins for cleaner's time explaining and showing her around the house, as an additional time). I emailed Yulia photos again, as evidence, with unfinished work and poorly done job and, having previously bad experience with the cleaner cutting corners, asked for a replacement. The cleaner didn't finish considerable amount of work within the time Yulia calculated herself. I also invested a lot of my own time explaining and showing around, paying for this time. So the argument, that cleaner needed time to understand the house doesn't work-I imagine she could run out a little bit of time, but not 1/3 of the job. Yulia's answer to my email was, that she is closing my account and I should not expect cleaning service from them any longer, adding cleaner's bank details and saying she would appreciate me paying her. No comments on photos or complains. Her answer is always: all her cleaners are"experienced", which makes situation worse. She said I must have been on the cleaner's way, so that's why she couldn't do the job, which is ridiculous(why would I offer her a job and be on her way interrupting). Seems like quality of the service went down considerably. It comes from management, the way they treat customers and being unprofessional. No customer satisfaction is set as a goal and quality of the job is not a priority. Therefore, I do not recommend this company. Unless you decide you like paying a high amount of money and finish cleaning yourself, after a professional cleaning service(never mind the job and time was discussed in advance).
