Can not rate this team highly enough. Four years ago they miraculously turned my wedding dress back to its original white colour . I recently misplaced my wedding purse, thinking I had lost it, this team had kept it safe for nearly a year and cleaned the silk removing all the marks. Trustworthy and highest quality care.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I took in a dress with a few small stains after being assured they could remove them. I left it with them for over a week and specifically asked to be contacted if they were unable to remove the marks so that I could take it elsewhere. When I collected the dress, it looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off. I explained my disappointment and asked whether a discount could be offered, but my request was met with laughter rather than understanding. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of empathy, despite it being obvious how upset I was, especially as I needed the dress for today. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating. The communication, customer service, and outcome all fell well below expectations. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
