This has been the best cleaning service I've used for years. They treat my clothes and curtains with expert care, and the results are always impeccable. Safa, in particular, is a wonderful person. She not only goes the extra mile for her clients but also genuinely cares about them. She even took the time to teach me various cleaning techniques. It was such a lucky break to find her, right when I was upset about my clothes' condition.

I went to Olivia Cleaners to get my studded jeans resized at the waist and shortened. Safa was so welcoming from the moment I walked in and took the time to explain all my options clearly, answering every question with attention. She was also incredibly accommodating when I couldn’t collect the jeans as planned, which I really appreciated. The tailoring was perfect, they fit exactly how I wanted. It’s SO rare to find this level of care these days. Safa is a gem and I highly recommend.

Done an absolutely incredible job in cleaning my trainers, explained the thorough processes taken to get the shoes looking brand new again, high quality service, friendly - even left me some professional cleaning wipes. I will be sure to take all future shoes for restoration. Thank you Olivias!

Ruined my deceased mums clothes, you tried to take my reviews off but Google approved it so I left my other one and deleted this one to be able to actually let people know how much of a liar you are. You ruined my mums cothes that I wanted to wear myself and you were rude to me and my cousin and you went as far as trying to report to Google thst I am lying. Why would I? Reviews are here to tell the customer experience for others to make the decision whether to trust you or not with garments of sentiment and this was MY experience. I am not saying you do this often but the way you threatened me when I asked for at least a refund. Not only was it my mums clothes but a brand new dress from H&M thst I just wanted the straps shortened so my chest wasn't hanging out - instead whatever you did took the dress up from the bottom back which ultimately resulted in my backside on full view and a ruined brand new dress. So a refund or some kind of resolution (which did NOT INVOLVE letting you fix your mistakes because I already did not trust your work- and this is legally understandable). Moreover, you threatening behaviour saying you're going to "call your husband out" is unacceptable. PS my mum in heaven and anything pure knows I am not lying. Stop trying to answer back or remove because I've spoken to Google. Regardless of the past, wish you well in the future and we all make mistakes just the way we react to them that matters ... especially when you have a business. I dropped a white dress off to be dry cleaned and one of the small dainty gold snap buttons to be replaced. Not only was it not ready at the agreed time (4 days later) but when I came again a whole week later, the original buttons had been replaced with larger, black buttons which were rather crudely sewn on. The previously white zipper also has a black mark now and the placement of the bow no longer hides the zipper. I asked the man who initially could not even find my order for the lady I usually see there to give me a call about this but no one has contacted me. Will not return. Very disappointing.
