The team provides an outstanding service and their staff are all trustworthy and trained to the same standard. My house is consistently immaculately cleaned. The cleaners are polite and discreet and are efficient in all tasks requested. I've had a flawless service even when occasionally a replacement cleaner was needed due to the holiday season. It is a huge advantage having only one direct contact over the last 2 years who cares about delivering a 5 stars service to their clients and accommodate their needs where possible. Absolutely amazing end-of-tenancy clean. Even the check-out clerk could not fault a thing and throughout the report the comment has been “professional cleaned to high standard”. The whole experience from booking the clean on WhatsApp to the end of the cleaning check was so smooth it’s absolutely the best a cleaning company could achieve across results and service. Our 4-bed Wimbledon South Park Gardens area 3-storey house was restored to a state that’s much much better than when we moved in, even the cat pee stains fro previous tenants were mostly taken out and the old carpets looked so new we couldn’t believe our eyes. All hard-to-clean areas were dustless and spotless by end of the day. Diana and her team were so hardworking and focused I did admire their work ethics and brilliant teamwork and professionalism. The quote was also the most competitive out of 5-6 I quoted covering both companies recommended by agents and also the list AI (ChatGPT) gathered from highest online scoring cleaning companies from my postcode. All-in-all the best cleaning company I have ever come across and if you come across them, don’t miss it. Fab!

I highly recommend this cleaning service. We’ve used them for a weekly clean for nearly 8 years. We’ve had three regular cleaners over that time due to house moves and our changing schedule and every one of them has treated our home with the utmost care and attention. They’ve shown great attention to detail and our home is always cleaned to a high standard. They were all friendly and trustworthy and wonderful with our dog and children. Management is always great with communication and finding us a replacement cleaner if our regular cleaner is on holiday. They’ve been the best cleaning service I’ve used in nearly 20 years in London.

We used their weekly cleaning service for the past two years and were extremely happy with it. The cleaner was a lovely lady. She was always punctual, hardworking, and thorough. Our house was consistently tidy and smelled fresh after each visit. We didn’t have to spend time cleaning, which was a huge relief. Communication with the office was excellent. We were always informed in advance about her holidays, which helped us plan accordingly. Unfortunately, we had to stop the service three months ago after moving out of Wimbledon, as they don’t cover our new area. Since then, we haven’t been able to find a reliable cleaner-either the quality of cleaning is poor, or they come once and never return.

Diana and her team did a fantastic job with our end of tenancy clean. We were particularly impressed with the standard of the kitchen and the bathroom - the oven and hob looked fantastic and brand new. They managed to get marks off around the taps in the sink and everything was glistening again. The carpets were cleaned and came up looking very good. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
