Monster Cleaning Richmond

We had a really bad experience with this company and I would NOT recommend. We sent curtains off for dry cleaning at a cost of £200. They came back stained, creased and completely ruined. They are silk and the result of cleaning has made them flat and distorted, as well strained with rust from the cleaning process. We tried several times to contact the company to resolve it. The person we spoke to claimed to be having family problems which meant he couldn’t deal with our query. He did offer to clean them again but we didn’t want to risk putting the curtains through an inadequate process for a second time. They were expensive curtains and are now completely ruined. No refund for the cleaning was offered. Do not use this company if you’re looking for specialist cleaning.

They did a fabulous job stitching my favourite trousers so neatly, I will be able to wear them for another year at least. Friendly and professional service, highly recommended and right nextdoor to Richmond station. :-) reasonable price too…. Marimba - GLAD Transformation Coaching Ltd

I could not recommend ducane team highly enough. I brought in a Balenciaga dress which had been extremely damaged with wine and champagne stains both back and front. I had already taken it to a number of high-end couture drycleaners in different cities around the world and they had not been able to remove the stains. My expectations were low in terms of the stains ever being able to come out but I left the dress with Mr Jamil regardless. I was stunned with the results. The team not only managed to remove 90% of the stains but without damaging the fabric. This was also under a considerably short time frame as I was traveling. Ducane team was incredibly accommodating with my timelines and assured me that next time I was in town to bring the dress back to completely remove the stains. I’m so happy with the service as I thought the dress was going to have to be thrown away. A big big thank you to ducane team.
