Monster Cleaning Kensington

My experience was terrible. I honestly felt like I was being scammed. Before I left my laundry there, another employee told me the total price for the entire service would be £16. However, when it was time to pay, the owner charged me £60 for washing two loads and drying them. To make matters worse, he started speaking Arabic to his employee in a way that seemed like he was reprimanding him after I questioned the price. It was one of the most shocking and dishonest experiences I have had in this city. He also insisted that I pay in cash instead of by card, which made me feel he was trying to avoid card fees or taxes. When I questioned why the price was so high, especially considering that many other laundrettes charge around £2 per washing machine, he simply replied, “That’s the price.” I would not recommend this place. I found the pricing misleading, the service dishonest, and the overall experience extremely disappointing. Ps They do not display a price list where customers can easily see it and decide whether they want to use the service. Instead, they only tell you the price after they have already started washing your clothes.

Excellent dry cleaner and launderette/laundry, high quality and clean washing machines. Emran was very helpful with using machines, and even did an extra spin on another machine before going in the dryer. Would highly recommend.

I had a tricky perfume stain on a dress and wasn't sure if it could be removed. Ahmad was reassuring from the very first call. He personally looked after my dress and worked with his colleagues to do an absolutely brilliant job removing the stain. I'm impressed by the care, professionalism, and warmth they showed. Highly recommend!

These guys are the best! 10/10 service, quality, and turnaround times. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. I often travel for business on short notice and all my suits come back in excellent condition.
