I want to highlight the customer service provided by this company. The staff are friendly, kind, and genuinely care about their clients’ satisfaction. They ensure that every customer is happy with their services and are VERY responsive to any concerns. The cleaner, Timy, arrived a bit earlier than the scheduled time, which shows great punctuality and professionalism. She also took her shoes off. She brought a full range of products and equipment, including a full trolley! Timy did an absolutely outstanding job. She paid attention to every detail.. She cleaned all edges, corners, and even spots that are hard to reach. She went above and beyond by cleaning areas we hadn’t even expected, fully emptied and disinfected all drains, and completely removed ingrained limescale from the toilet edges. I highly recommend contacting their office to discuss your needs and ensure clear communication. I would also like to recommend Timy as she is an incredible cleaner. Very professional, friendly, humble, and honest!

Fantastic job done by the whole team on 02/10/25. We had a one off deep clean, plus carpet and sofa steam cleaning. The whole flat is sparkling. Perfectly punctual arrival and everyone worked very hard throughout the day, and were cheerful and friendly. Such attention to detail; the oven, grill, microwave and cooker hood are all spotless now. Great work on bathroom limescale.Top job as well on the staircase - we have light carpet by the front door and it looks good as new after being cleaned - before and after shots shown. I hope the photos do their work justice - I highly recommend this company. Quick and responsive on email as well.

EDIT: after posting my below review they harassed for me days, calling repeatedly and emailing, offering me money to take down my review. I told them I wasn't comfortable doing that. They continued trying, saying "it's Christimas and we want everyone to be happy". When I didn't do what they wanted, they posted their very hostile response (right before Christmas lol). My review below remains unchanged. Ordered a deep clean but it was more of a general clean, lots of parts still dirty. Beforehand I sent them photos of the rooms that needed cleaning and they quoted me 3 hours. But after 3 hours they hadn't come close to finishing and I had to pay for an extra hour for them to do the agreed upon job. Then they left 20 minutes early. When I pointed out some parts that were still dirty the cleaner sighed and was clearly complaining to her colleague in another language. I had to clean after they left, see photos. A half-baked job with a bad attitude, unfortunately. Seems like a bit of a scam.

I’m very happy with the service from the cleaning company. The carpet washing was done to a very high standard and the results were excellent. The technician arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He worked efficiently and left everything clean and fresh. Overall, an amazing job – I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to others.
