I cannot speak highly enough of I Shine. I have used them on and off over the years and every time the help I have had has been totally positive. They are professional cleaners, who quietly and thoroughly do the work. They are always on time and know exactly what to do. Every cleaner I have had over the years has been pleasant, helpful and courteous and done the cleaning exactly as I needed.. Their hourly rate is very reasonable. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Poor communication and not turning up when they were booked to come. I gave 2 stars because the 1 time someone did turn up to clean, she did a good job, though she turned up 20 mins late which was not ideal for my own plans but also didn’t seem like the best start given this was their first clean. Anyhow I was pleased with the clean and so all was okay. The following week my cleaning slot fell on a bank holiday. I wasn’t sure if the cleaners were coming or not. I had no confirmation and so on the morning of the expected clean I messaged both the company owner (Lydia) and the cleaner to ask if they were working. Didn’t get a reply from the company owner, and the cleaner said she wasn’t working, but other ladies were so I may still have another person come to clean my house. So I waited in, and no one arrived. Again I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since it was a bank holiday . Finally the third week I was again expecting them at our agreed time 3.30-5.30 on Fridays, and again no one turned up, no message from the owner or from the cleaner. At about 7 pm I messaged to say I wanted to terminate the agreement we had made for a weekly clean, and the message was never acknowledged or replied to. In fact the person I was messaging, Lydia, went from receiving my messages as IMessages, to then the last text being sent as an sms. So I’m not actually sure if she ever received my text…but it’s been a few Fridays since then and no cleaner expecting to clean. I would not trust this company to follow through with an agreement.

I’m grateful to the ladies who undertake my regular domestic clean. They’re punctual, polite and jolly efficient. While our relationship is good it never degenerates into time consuming chatter, unlike others I’ve employed. And dealings with ‘the office’ are always wholly satisfactory. Altogether a company I can recommend without hesitation

I-Shine Cleaning Services' Ladies give our 5 bedroom house a thorough clean, dust and vacuum for 2hrs every two weeks. Their cleaners sometimes change but their standard throughout is consistently excellent. Always they ar polite, hard-working and helpful. After many months, their consistently high levels of expertise have been maintained. I warmly recommend them and the firm they represent.
