I hired this company to carry out an end-of-tenancy clean and paid £375 for the service. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not completed to an acceptable standard, and my landlord rejected it due to several areas being left dirty, including limescale and the oven. When I raised these issues, I was told that the limescale and oven marks could not be cleaned. However, I subsequently hired another professional cleaning company, and they were able to remove the limescale, clean the oven, and bring the property up to the required standard without any problems. Aside from that he doesn’t remove any dust from any surface he sees and he doesn’t clean inside cupboards and he cleans the flat wearing his shoes!!! As a result, I had to pay for a second cleaning service, which was both inconvenient and costly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for end-of-tenancy cleaning

What a fantastic job Paul did on this end of tenancy clean. The kitchen/oven and bathroom were left in a pretty appalling state as were others areas. Can’t thank him enough for getting it back to a really good condition. On time and charged as quoted. Highly recommended!
