Excellent service from T&M Cleaning Services. My previous tenants had cleaned the property when they moved out, but it wasn’t quite to the standard needed for my new tenant to move in. Michael took the time to understand the situation and recommended a pre-tenancy sparkle clean rather than a full end-of-tenancy clean, which was exactly what was needed. The team were able to fit me in at short notice to meet my deadline and did an incredibly thorough job, paying attention to all the little details and hard to reach areas. My new tenant was extremely happy with the condition of the property, and it made for a great start to the tenancy. I would highly recommend T&M Cleaning Services and will definitely use them again.

T&M provided great customer service from the get go. Michael was very easy to deal with, providing lots of information before the clean. This was an after building works clean so there was a lot of dust and mess. The team did a great job and Michael followed up with a courtesy call after. I would recommended.

Great service. Michael was excellent and arranged cleaning the next day for me. The cleaners were very thorough. Michael called after the service and followed up with the 48 hour guarantee to make sure that we were happy. I have now arrange carpet cleaning and that has been arranged the next day for me so I am very happy with the service.
