Excellent service all round! Friendly, professional and competitively priced. This is my first port of call for all emergencies, whether a small adjustment to a party dress or zip change to a pair of denims - Bassem always ready to come to the rescue with a smile!. Likewise, we regularly have suits and other formal attire and delicates dry cleaned and use the laundry service once a week. (You get a laundry bag too!). If you are new to Clapham Junction and are looking for a reliable dry cleaners/laundry, look no further! I highly recommend.

Disappointing experience – Poor quality and missed deadlines ​This has been the most disappointing dry cleaning experience I’ve had in London. I encountered several major issues: ​Service Quality: I brought in a suit for cleaning, but it was returned with the original stains still visible and a noticeable odor. ​Communication & Reliability: There is a significant communication barrier that made it difficult to convey instructions. Despite highlighting the urgency, my chinos were not altered after a very long wait—they simply forgot the request entirely. ​Customer Service: The staff were consistently dismissive and impolite when I raised these concerns. ​I would recommend looking elsewhere if you need reliable results or professional service.

Amazing service ! I had the hem of my viscose white pants that was undone, with an invisible stitch so quite tricky. The lovely man there, did the alteration on the spot. Will definitely come back !

Generally great service and great quality work. I have had one incident where my tailor made suit trousers got muddled with someone else’s chinos. On this occasion the team weren’t helpful and I was told that it wasn’t possible for them to be lost and that the chinos attached to the ticket must be mine. You’d hope that there would be at least some effort to check if the correct trousers were still with the alternations team or under someone else’s ticket. Admittedly, I hadn’t helped the situation by waiting a few weeks to pick up the alteration.
