The clue is in the name. This place really is fantastic. To start with the staff though. Genuinely helpful, friendly and welcoming. They are clearly passionate about their products and know their stuff inside and out, but somehow talk to you on a level so you feel part of it. I come here perhaps once or maybe twice a year from the mainland, but last time I visited they actually remembered me. First class customer service. And as for the range they have on offer, I've rarely seen better anywhere else. Lucky enough this time around to get a couple of the Target Dr Who novels I was looking for, and have never come away empty handed. This shop is one of the major attractions of a visit to Ryde for me. Long may it continue and they will certainly be seeing me again.

Fantastic shop with an amazing selection of merchandise! I picked up some awesome Fallout merch, and my partner found some great Pokémon items too. There was plenty to choose from, the prices were fair, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. If you're into gaming or pop culture, this shop is definitely worth a visit. We'll be back next time we're in the area!

LOVE this place! I went in expecting to get nothing because stores nowadays are sloppy until I looked up and literally saw everything someone could ever want. I saw a ton of video game merchandise, Pokémon cards, vintage wrestling action figures and things, Prices are insane, you expect them to be real expensive because it's so stacked but they are so damn cheap! The most expensive thing was £800, which you may think "Isn't that a lot" yeah it is but the thing that it is an ABSOLUTE MASSIVE M3GAN Lifesize doll I'm pretty sure, it's so just detailed. That is so cheap compared to how it looks. The cheapest thing I could find were some beautifully designed stickers for only 50p There are some character statues for the shop! They have comic books, action figures, mystery minis, lifesize dolls, merchandise from literally everything you can think of [I hope they stock on Roblox Piggy merchandise] etc I went home with a Nightmare Foxy plushie, only 6.99 and it's so good, The name doesn't lie, FANTASTIC Store. Amazing staff & a very clean building! I plan to go here today or tomorrow and I NEED to go here atleast once a week now because I have never planned to go to a store before but now I want to go here!

Our favourite shop on the Island! We absolutely love the Fantastic Store and visit every time we come to the Isle of Wight. The staff are the loveliest people ever; nothing is too much trouble for them. The range of comic, film and TV memorabilia is fabulous and not expensive.
