I recently used Cleaning Solution Bristol Ltd and was very impressed with the service. The team was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. They paid great attention to detail, left everything spotless, and were friendly and respectful throughout. Communication was easy, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. We had a house deep clean, which it really needed after building work and being in general need of a clean, dust and polish, and it was excellent. Lovely cleaning staff - very friendly, considerate, diligent and professional. Great to have such a good local company. I'd definitely recommend.

Unfortunately very disappointed with this company. Initially the cleaners didn't turn up at the time I booked - they claimed I had booked at 10am even though all my confirmation was for 9am. They also went to the wrong address, I hadn't put a postcode when I booked but instead of asking me to confirm they just used the street address and were in the wrong part of Bristol. When they did arrive I was surprised that booking 6 hours of cleaning was interpreted as 2 cleaners for 3 hours. We booked a deep clean and were pretty specific about what we wanted, showing them a list which they took photos of. When we arrived back to the house within the 3 hours they were stood outside chatting to our neighbours, so they didn't clean for the time we booked for. They covered a few things on the list, but not the main things we asked for and overall the clean was pretty surface level and not the deep clean we paid for. I tried to query this with the company and saw a message from the cleaner asking what I was "moaning about". Since then they haven't responded directly to my concerns. Overall feels like a waste of a huge amount of money as my regular cleaner could have done the same job in 2 hours.

We were on holiday and the cleaners were taking care of our holiday rental property. Disaster happened, we forgot to leave keys for our store room.....no linen or towels. They ladies got entry and made things work....they provided linen and towels for the other cleans until we got back from holiday. Thanks 👍

The best cleaning company around. I love the girls at CSB they take care of my Airbnb’s with so much love and care! Always send me photos, go above and beyond and always get it done - even with tight turnarounds. Highly recommend 🙌🏼
