I’ve been using Cleaning Solutions Bristol for my Airbnb for the past few months, and honestly, they’ve been a game changer. Cleaners did a good job once they arrived however communication from the office was poor. Booked a deep clean online which was super easy and they got in contact in the days leading up to my booked slot which was great. However on the morning of the clean no one arrived for over an hour after my scheduled time (I drove over an hour to meet them there and let them in as I don’t live in the house - which they knew from previous communication). I tried calling the number I had been given several times and got no answer. Assumed they were not coming at that point and carried on with my day. Cleaners turned up over an hour late. Office called me back later in the day to tell me the cleaners should be there and was borderline rude to me on the phone. Would probably use somewhere else in future based off the lack of communication despite a good cleaning job.
