Before boarding with us we like to offer a meet and greet session where you and your pup can explore our home. You can see how they socialise with our two dogs, Oscar a 5 year old Cavachon and Scala a 2 year old rescue dog from Greece. We also like to walk with you and your dog to see how they respond to other stimulus on walks they will do whilst in our care.
On the grooming side we too offer a consultation before grooming to ensure all health concerns are addressed before grooming commences. We can also discuss the specifics of the groom for example coat length, treatments available. We will always conduct a 7 point health check before grooming to monitor the health and well being of your dog as an on going procedure. This way we can alert you to any changes to your dog as well as developing a trusting bond with your dog. We do not use restraints during grooming and work on a reward based style of positive reinforcement. We like to take time in the grooming process to keep the experience a relaxed and positive one. They should enjoy coming back time after time.
