Pro Dog Grooming

I've been taking my Yorkie to Tim for a few years now and he does a brilliant job with him. My dog has severe separation anxiety and Tim handles that very well. He also listens to what I'd like and does an incredible job. Very friendly and professional and well priced

Always a fantastic service offered by Tim at a really good price. Our dog Bella is very nervous, but never has a problem when coming here. So handy that they have appointments on Saturdays as we aren't free on weekdays. Highly recommended.

Tim is absolutely amazing with our nervous cockapoo, Nova! Nova first ever experience of a groom was with a large corporate company and to say it was unsuccessful is an understatement. Due to this, it made me incredibly nervous when finding someone else to groom our generally sweet and loving baby. We explained our concerns to Tim and how nervous we were about taking her to another groomer but oh my, we shouldn't have been. He allowed us to stay in the groomers for the first two appointments so that Nova could see we hadn't left her, and was very gentle and aware of her needs, that she enjoyed her treatments. On Tuesday this week we left her there for the very first time and he had to endure a couple of texts throughout her stay from us, checking she was OK! He responded and kept us informed until she was ready to be collected! We are so lucky to have found him and would highly recommend him to anyone with a nervous fluff ball or your average friendly pooch! 😀 He has definitely made, what was once a very traumatic experience for us and our pup, into something we all look forward to! A warm and friendly welcome and a lovely smelling dog at the end of it for a decent price. What more could you want? Tim has cared for our nervous rescue, Bella, for a few years now and always manages her rather independent attitude with calm patience, for which we are grateful.

So took my 10 month old Golden Retriever today to Tim at Pro Dog Grooming.It was her first groom.She was a bit anxious.Tim was so caring and patient with Tilly.She had a really good wash,and dry(which took an age due to her thick coat!)He thinned her coat and gave her a good trim/tidy up. To finish off Tim sprayed her with a beautiful scent.Her coat felt glorious and she smelled beautiful .I was so happy,I have booked again for 2 months.Thanks Tim we are very happy and grateful.
