At Pet Parlour we firmly believe in ensuring that the environment that your pet is groomed in is best for your pet.  That is why we only operate a single room, single groomer 1:1 policy to ensure the most relaxed and comforting environment for your pet. This method has been extremely successful with nervous or rescued pets,  enabling them to relax and with less distraction, becoming accustom to the entire grooming process in their own time.  At the present time 1-1 grooming appointments are essential to ensuring social distancing restrictions are in place,  equipment and surfaces are cleaned to requirements between grooms using appropriate products whilst wearing suitable personal protective equipment.
