Excellent experience from start to finish with Beth. The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed — professional, thorough, and genuinely effective. They quickly identified the areas causing tension and worked through them with real skill and care. I left feeling looser, lighter, and with noticeably less pain and stiffness. Great communication throughout and a very relaxing environment. Highly recommend to anyone needing proper sports recovery, injury support, or just relief from built-up tension.

Beth has been absolutely amazing. I had severe LBP that was caused by CrossFit. I was unable to walk properly. She has helped me recuperate quickly and set me up for success for the future ensuring it won’t be repeatable. Cannot recommend Beth and the team at Swiss Touch enough.
