Had a hearing issue that had plagued me for years. GP examined and claimed simple wax build-up. Interhearing did a thorough exam and found the true cause - foreign object deep in ear canal. They took great pains to ensure the removal would not cause damage, slowly and methodically cleaning, probing and testing until they were sure of success - the caution and diligence shown was very re-assuring. When it was finally out, and thorough cleaning completed, the difference was profound! Excellent, professional service.

Excellent and professional service at interhearing as usual. Helen who I saw at Wolverhampton was very polite, clear and professional taking her time to explain everything very clearly. Most important was the care she took with ear wax removal. Feeling so much better having had it done and I can hear again.
