Interhearing - Advanced Hearing Services

Had a hearing issue that had plagued me for years. GP examined and claimed simple wax build-up. Interhearing did a thorough exam and found the true cause - foreign object deep in ear canal. They took great pains to ensure the removal would not cause damage, slowly and methodically cleaning, probing and testing until they were sure of success - the caution and diligence shown was very re-assuring. When it was finally out, and thorough cleaning completed, the difference was profound! Excellent, professional service.

I have been going to the Wolverhampton clinic at Beechwood House for several years. I get quite a build up of wax, and need to go every year. Nurse Margaret puts me at my ease every time, and I trust her to to perform the suction perfectly. She is confident, professional and friendly and I always come away with my hearing restored and clear as a bell.

Was very apprehensive about this appointment but cannot recommend highly enough! Have undergone this process elsewhere several times and it was awful. Margaret is a lovely lady - calm, soothing and obviously very dedicated. She kindly introduced me to 'the noise' first and explained the process. Cannot believe what a difference in approach makes to the experience - it was absolutely fine!! I am also indebted for the advice she gave re. after care. Margaret was absolutely amazing and perseveres to do what is needed. She removed years worth of impacted wax from both of my fathers ears. Highly recommended. From the parking facilities to the excellent care by both the receptionist and Margaret the experience was first class.
