Helen was absolutely brilliant, patient, and very professional. Had a bad build up of wax in both ears but she took her time and worked over the allotted appointment. Will definitely be using again and can highly recommend.

Had a hearing issue that had plagued me for years. GP examined and claimed simple wax build-up. Interhearing did a thorough exam and found the true cause - foreign object deep in ear canal. They took great pains to ensure the removal would not cause damage, slowly and methodically cleaning, probing and testing until they were sure of success - the caution and diligence shown was very re-assuring. When it was finally out, and thorough cleaning completed, the difference was profound! Excellent, professional service.

Nurse Margaret puts me at my ease every time, and I trust her to to perform the suction perfectly. She is confident, professional and friendly and I always come away with my hearing restored and clear as a bell.
