Nadia teaches group classes and individual sessions in Durham Chiropractic Clinic.
Nadia trained four years with many international trainers to become a Feldenkrais practitioner and she graduated in London. She is a full member of the UK Feldenkrais Professional Guild. Before moving to Camberley she worked extensively with musicians and actors as well as people with MS. She is particularly interested in helping people with neurological difficulties such as relapsing- remitting MS in which case the Feldenkrais method is much more efficient than many forms of physiotherapy. She is experienced working with people with CP and helping them move better. She can facilitate the post Stroke recovery process using the Feldenkrais technique.
Nadia is confident in addressing back, hip, neck and shoulder aches and chronic pain from sport or long term injuries.
She has developed a program that is ideally suited in helping elderly citizen’s move well in everyday activities, such as driving, clothes dressing and standing and sitting, as well as improving balance and eye coordination.
Nadia is trained to address the manifestation of an inefficient movement pattern through the whole body system. She can help not only with pain relief but more importantly she can teach her students an alternative ways of movement that is efficient and beneficial for musculoskeletal organisation in long term.
Nadia recognises the significance of the Feldenkrais methodology and is fully committed to prevention and treatment of wear and tear related conditions such as osteoarthritis, hip dysplasia, knee dysplasia, and others.
