Please do not fall for their tricks — they are cheating people every single day across Mohali, Chandigarh, Kharar, Zirakpur, and nearby areas. Here’s exactly how their scam works 👇 They get your number from OLX or other rental websites when you search for a property. They call or message you directly, pretending to help you find a house on rent. They show attractive property photos and ask you to pay ₹2500 first as a “membership fee” before you can visit any property. Once you pay, they will delay the visit, share random fake house numbers, and never arrange any real property visit. ⚠️ About their address trick: They don’t give a fake address, but they cleverly use another company’s real address to look genuine. They’ll tell you something like “come to this tower or company,” and when you reach there, they’ll guide you to visit either the ground floor or fourth floor, where their actual office is running secretly. Their real working address is: 📍 F-361, Phase 8B, Industrial Area, Sector 74, SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab – 140307. They were earlier operating from the 4th floor, and now they have shifted to the ground floor to avoid being identified. 💰 They are robbing lakhs of rupees every day through this rental membership scam — taking money from innocent people looking for genuine rental homes. --- ❗ If you have already paid: 1. Call 1930 (National Cyber Crime Helpline) and raise a complaint. 2. Report the payment to your bank immediately. 3. Visit the Cyber Crime Police Station, Phase 7, Mohali with your proof (payment, chats, address, and screenshots of reviews). --- They are professional fraudsters running a fake rental service.
