I have been going to Shadi for full bikini laser hair removal and the results are amazing. Shadi puts me at ease and honestly makes me forget that the treatment is being done. Shadi is extremely friendly and we always have great conversations - she offers great skin and life advice! Would definitely recommend for laser hair removal needs.

Shadi is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She is an expert in skin care. She has successfully treated red veins on my face and advised on anti-ageing skin care. I know I’m in safe hands with her. Shadi has a lovely friendly manner and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I honestly haven't written this kind of review before but it feels important to voice and share my experience. I met Shadi last year for her to see my acne/black spots, and I basically wanted some advice to improve my skin. I have a reactive skin and even though I said that she totally dismissed it. She sold me this very expensive package of £800 with lots of creams and promised that in six month my skin would feel amazing. I naively paid for it but then when I went back home, my partner questioned it and I ended up returning back. However, I took some creams with me which ended up being £400. She banged on about a cream which was very strong and was causing me a lot of irritation. She insisted that I should carry on using it. Fast forwarding, I stopped using those creams and I changed for a more affordable skin care and honestly, my skin is so much better! It feels smother and more radiant (and I'm very heavily pregnant!) She also convinced me to buy a product for my black spots and said: "promise you that in a month you won't see anything" (I have been bullied at school because of that so I bought that comment quite quickly). She said that this was a prescribed product and I looked at the label and they were prescribed by a doctor that who knows who they were and the link with Shadi. Looking back, it didn't feel right, kind of dodgy. This product didn't work at all and I wasted again £50. I realised that skin care isn't her thing but I thought that she could have help me with removing my two moles on my nose. Originally she said £80 and I was okay with that. When I got there she started looking at my moles (I have quite a few in my body) and started telling me that she could remove a few and all of the sudden, came with a random quote of £400. I was going through something personal at the point so felt that could make me feel better. She also said again that "in a month I won't notice anything" and that "it would be nice to have skin without too many moles as summer was coming". She removed a mole on my face that I didn't ask her and now it's quite red, and also on my chest that has a disgusting scarring and it's very visible. I went to my GP and they said that it didn't look good and that's probably the way that it was extracted. Now, I have been referred to a specialist unit to look at that scarring. Prior to see my GP, I saw Shadi because I wanted her to explain this to me and she said: "I don't know how your body would react to these things" , blaming me saying "why didn't you come earlier?". This completely change the narrative that she said last year that "I won't notice anything". She said that she could have removed that scarring if I wasn't too pregnant which I spoke with my GP and you can't do this when someone is pregnant especially that she puts an anathestic cream on you. She then said "come after a year after breastfeeding" followed by, "come after a month the baby is born". It clearly showed that she didn't know what she was talking about and making up things as she went. She then started telling me to wear suncream and completely derailing the topic. She said: "you aren't wearing sunscream", which I was. She even touched my skin without asking to prove me that I was wrong but she was. I wanted to share this in detail as I think this is the part of the problem of the wellness industry. People that maybe make quite big leaps in what they say to people, make false promises and charge people a lot of people by taking advantage of them. I honestly thought that I wouldn't buy into that but last year, it was a particularly challenging year for me, especially at the beginning, so I wanted to feel better but now I realised how important is to look for a professional who is qualified, sell products that they are allowed to sell, respect your wishes, give you a realistic picture and not selling you quick fixes like: "it will be gone in a month", and don't come up with random prices. I think this is also a social problem that needs more conversations about. Thanks for reading me.

Shadi is absolutely incredible. I received laser hair removal on my underarms and it has truly been life changing.
