Zen Clinic

I’ve been a patient at The Zen Clinic for just over a year now and have always had an excellent experience. The whole team is friendly, welcoming and professional, and you never feel rushed. They take the time to explain treatments, risks, benefits and all the options, so you can make informed decisions about your dental care. I’ve had several amalgam fillings replaced and a couple of cavities treated by Pooja, and I’ve always felt completely confident in her care. I’ve also had several appointments with Kiranmai, the hygienist, who is incredibly thorough, meticulous and friendly. Kopila, my dental nurse, is also lovely and always friendly and helpful. Mike, the practice manager, clearly runs a tight ship and keeps everything running smoothly. The team have always managed to fit me in when I’ve needed to be seen, which I’ve really appreciated. They sometimes call to see if I can come a little earlier or later, which is useful, and if you can’t get through on the phone, they always call back when you leave a message. The clinic itself has a very peaceful atmosphere, is smart and has plenty of convenient parking. It’s perhaps a little dated in places, but that certainly doesn’t detract from the quality of care. A great team, great staff and a dental practice I’d wholeheartedly recommend.

Zen clinic are amazing! The moment you walk in with the reception team being so welcoming to sitting down in the chair. I saw Dr Abdel and he was fantastic. I haven’t been in sooo long and when I met him and his nurse Emily I was immediately put at ease. Love them both, they are both assets to the team. The way Emily spoke to me calmed me down and the way Abdel explained everything was fab! Thank you for making my worst nightmare of seeing the dentist again into such a wonderful experience!!

Ravi has been my dentist for over 15 years, and throughout that time he has consistently provided exceptional care. His patience, kindness, knowledge, and experience have all been part of the positive journey he creates for his patients. Ravi always takes the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your treatment. His professionalism, combined with a genuinely caring approach, makes every visit a positive experience. I can't recommend Ravi and the team at The Zen Clinic highly enough. I am very pleased with the team at Zen Clinic. They have provided excellent care for my recent dental issues, going above and beyond to find solutions. The team is always friendly and informative, making the experience more pleasant. The only drawback is that their popularity makes it a bit challenging to secure an appointment. However, I appreciate that they stay open late on Thursdays which makes this a bit easier.

For someone that’s new in the UK , Zen Clinic is my first dental I booked my appointment with I had a wonderful experience at Zen Clinic and can’t recommend it highly enough.
