For someone that’s new in the UK , Zen Clinic is my first dental I booked my appointment with I had a wonderful experience at Zen Clinic and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and professionally managed. The clinic itself is beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing environment that immediately puts you at ease.
What truly stands out, though, is the staff. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Their professionalism combined with a warm, personal touch made a lasting impression.
The level of care and attention to detail at Zen Clinic is exceptional. It’s clear that patient well-being is their top priority. I am very pleased with the team at Zen Clinic. They have provided excellent care for my recent dental issues, going above and beyond to find solutions.
The team is always friendly and informative, making the experience more pleasant.
The only drawback is that their popularity makes it a bit challenging to secure an appointment. However, I appreciate that they stay open late on Thursdays which makes this a bit easier.

Receptionist I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Practice itself is clean and beautiful. However, I wish I'd looked up the negative reviews before signing up with this surgery, and was reassured to see some had the same experience. The argumentative and childish replies to these negative reviews reflect the lack of professionalism of the dentist I was seen by. If I return, will be asking to be seen by someone other than Ms Ahmad who was patronising, cold, and lacked the people skills essential for a role working with the public. Despite not having any pain symptoms I was told that I *needed* treatment which would amount to £550. My experience here began pleasantly and ended with me wanting to take my custom elsewhere.

Zen clinic were amazing for me, all of these negative reviews do not reflect my experience AT ALL, I saw Dr Mathura and she was incredible. I felt extremely welcomed and listened to which is amazing as I had a very bad experience elsewhere. Her nurse, Emily was fabulous and very attentive any information that Dr mathura wanted me to know about Emily had explained in detail and made me aware of, they work very well together to make the patient comfortable. 10/10 would give more than 5 stars if I could, would recommend to anyone who is PETRIFIED of the dentist like myself!!

Absolutely amazing practice. I have been here for a few years now and as someone who is young and extremely fearful of the dentist, this practice is amazing at being patient and caring with me. Micheal on reception is always friendly and welcoming and my main dentist Gabriel is excellent at his work. Big shoutout to Emily - during treatment recently I was extremely anxious, she is the best and most supportive assistant I have come across - so understanding, kind and reassuring so thank you!! Would recommend!
