Recently finished my dental implant treatment and am extremely happy with the result. Dr Abi did an amazing job and was a star all throughout the process. She presented me with the range of treatment options available to me and was informative about every stage of the procedure. Both her and all the dental nurses were fantastic and very kind during the various procedures / appointments.
Hopefully I will never need to receive another dental implant in my lifetime, but if I do. I would come definitely come back here!

I recently had a dental implant with Dr. Sampanthan and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The process was straightforward and well explained from start to finish. Dr. Sampanthan was calm and reassuring at every appointment, which really helped me feel at ease. I experienced no pain at any stage, and the level of care and professionalism was outstanding. The staff were also friendly and efficient, making every visit a pleasant one. I’m extremely happy with my implant and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Sampanthan to anyone considering dental treatment.

Apparently another dental surgery who wants only private clients, quick to say no NHS, although it does practice for the nhs. Should be ashamed of yourselves “MONEY GRABBING”

I had been a patient at this dental office since around 2003 — basically since I was a baby. In 2020, I was going through a really difficult time personally and missed an appointment. I sent a letter to apologize and was told I’d hear back from Dr. Palmer, but I never did.
I’ve always respected Dr. Palmer as an Afro-Latina business owner and admired what she’s achieved, but I have to be honest — she has never been kind or understanding in my experience. After so many years as a patient, that was very disappointing.
I’m sure I’ll find a better dentist — one who values long-term patients and shows empathy. This is my honest experience and feedback.
