I had a really great experience at Smile Studios. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome and at ease. I saw the dentist Sara Jane Salman and the nurse Michelle today for a filling and to have my crown adjusted. The service was excellent, professional and very warm. They put me at ease straight away and the treatment was carried out with great care. I also want to commend the receptionists who work here. They always go above and beyond to accommodate appointment requests and do their best to squeeze you in when needed. Their kindness and efficiency make such a difference. In a world where NHS dental services are often under pressure and frequently criticised, this practice truly stands out. The whole team consistently provide outstanding care and make you feel valued as a patient. Highly recommend this surgery.

I had an appointment booked for my 3 children, this appointment was delayed by 50 minutes. After waiting this long, people coming in after us were prioritised seeming to be due to the fact we are NHS and they are paying customers. Really poor customer service and not even an apology for having to wait nearly an hour after our appointment. The dentist was nice when we finally saw her but the appointment was very rushed and she spent no more than a few minutes with each child after waiting so long. Wouldn’t recommend this dental surgery and I’ve now moved them elsewhere.

Used to be a good dentist, now seems to profit-chasing since becoming one of 'Smile Studios' My NHS dentist appointment was 40 minutes delayed (brilliant), to then be only 2 minutes long, most of which was trying to sell me teeth whitening services for £350. Feels suspect to use an nhs appointment time to market a private service.

I recently had an implant inserted at Smile studios, which was carried out by Dr Kapadia. I was most impressed by his remarkable skill, and by his very pleasant and caring approach to his patients. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in need of an implant, and I also strongly recommend my usual dentist at Smile Studios, Dr Jagruti Hare. They are an excellent team. David G.
