I had my first appointment at Keppel Dentistry for my braces bonding, and it was such a pleasant experience! Everyone was lovely, welcoming and professional. The whole process went smoothly, and I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout. It’s still early days in my braces journey, but I’m really happy with how everything went. Goodness me. I was so scared of getting implants done. A friend of mine even tried to convince me to get it done at her own dentist. Thank God I stuck with Tom and Carl. This is one of the most supportive dental practices ever. The whole team are so approachable. Every member of the team reassured me all the steps of the way. Renata the treatment coordinator ensured I felt comfortable right from day one. Even when not in the office she handed me over to her colleague Laura. You are definitely in good hands at this Dental surgery. Their main focus is the care of the patient and not just money. Phew I am so relieved and cannot recommend this setting enough. I had a great experience at Keppel Dentistry. The admin staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Zain my dentist was very much aware that I have a fear of dentists and he took his time and explained each step of the process to me. He was very reassuring. I would also say the same about the assistant working with him. They are all so caring and reasuring

First of all Renata is great, professional and so efficient. I cannot thank her enough for the support during my treatment with them. This is where the good finishes - If you’re up to chase for follow up appointments and wait weeks for updates with no clear answer that’s the practice for you. If you need your notes or pics taken during treatment avoid Charlotte it took her 1.5 months to send them over - “ i have been so busy, it’s on my list” is just not good enough. I chose the practice as it had god feedback and it was close to my work ( funnily enough I work at a dentist myself) but unfortunately we don’t provide orthodontics. Knowing how a dental practices work, they really need to work on their communication. The orthodontist that took me on decided to retire mid treatment - I was not informed of this whatsoever and this is where no appointments with him were available. Quick to sell, great until you’ve paid and started tx. I would avoid, if you’re willing to pay that sort of money, find a practice that has sorted out their communication issues.

Keppel Dentistry are fantastic. They were recommended to me when I wished to have a denture and a bridge replaced with implants. Carl and then Amir guided me through the process and their nurses held my hand whilst the work was being done in stages of time. All the staff....from Tom Amir and Carl...all the dental nurses receptionists hygienists etc are caring, really friendly, welcoming, and supportive...particularly of patients like myself who are very nervous of dental procedures, and requiring a fair amount of confidence boosting !!!!!! Thank you for boosting my confidence and of course my smile!!!
