From the Invisalign Open Day almost a year ago, I knew Hampstead Dental Studio was different. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt genuinely welcome. The whole place has a modern, comfortable and calming feel to it. The décor is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it never feels like a typical dental practice. The team are fantastic. Everyone is friendly, genuine, professional and clearly knows their stuff (and yes, they all have great teeth too!). The technology they use is seriously impressive, from the 3D scans to the screens showing what your future smile could look like. It makes the whole process feel exciting rather than daunting. One thing that really stood out to me was how human they are. They offer you a coffee when you arrive, which sounds like a small thing, but it immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel like you're somewhere welcoming rather than somewhere you're about to be judged. They understand that people don't usually sign up for Invisalign because their teeth are perfect. At no point did anyone make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. There was no lecturing, no intimidation – just support, reassurance and a clear plan to help. What impressed me most was that the service never changed throughout the entire journey. The warm welcome, professionalism and attention to detail were there at every appointment. Booking was always easy, appointments ran on time, and they coordinated everything perfectly with my hygienist visits too. Now I've come out the other side with a smile I'm genuinely proud of, and I've actually enjoyed the experience along the way – which isn't something many people can say about a dental journey! They also offer payment plans if needed and have a separate office to discuss costs privately, which makes everything feel transparent and stress-free.
