I honestly can’t recommend this dental practice highly enough\. I’ve had some really bad experiences with dentists in the past, which has left me feeling quite nervous and apprehensive about going, but from my very first visit here, I could tell that this place was completely different\. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone has been so kind, friendly and caring\. They took the time to listen to me, understand my concerns and, most importantly, made me feel completely at ease\. I never once felt rushed, judged or like I was just another patient\. They genuinely care about the people they look after and will do everything they can to help\. Booking an appointment was really straightforward and the whole team has been incredibly helpful and accommodating\. The receptionists deserve a special mention too — they are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful, which makes such a difference when you’re already feeling a little nervous about visiting the dentist\. The practice itself is lovely, clean and welcoming, and the environment really helps you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive\. Every member of staff I’ve dealt with has been professional, reassuring and genuinely lovely\. After my previous experiences, I never thought I’d say this about a dentist, but I now actually feel comfortable going to my appointments\. They have completely changed my view of visiting the dentist and have given me confidence that I’m in safe and caring hands\. I genuinely couldn’t fault the service I’ve received\. It’s very rare to come across a team that is this friendly, professional and genuinely caring\. I can’t see myself using another dentist again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially anyone who has had bad experiences in the past or feels nervous about going to the dentist\. They really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The treatment was explained clearly every step of the way, so I always knew what to expect.
