Foxhall Dental Practice

I visited the practice with my son to have 4 teeth removed (in preparation for orthodontic treatment). This was an unexpected extraction as we thought it was a consultation appointment. The dentist was extremely reassuring, was able to talk my son through the entire process, constantly reassuring him & providing positive vibes. This made the whole process much more relaxed & calm. Time was spent ensuring my son remained comfortable & the process felt extremely patient focused. The dentist had a lovely nature & was able to talk to my son about interests to provide some distraction & also focus. I have been a patient of this practice for many years & this is by far the best dentist/experience I have had.

I recently came to the practice to have all my top teeth extracted. Not a pleasant experience but my dentist and the dental nurse were very kind and patient with me. All healing nicely now and I am looking forward to new dentures in about 3 months time.

I had a check - up today , @ 9.45 am , we left Felixstowe at 8.50 am , but a 20 minute journey turned into over an hour due to road - works , from an accident! I rang to say i was running late , my hubby dropped me off on the opposite side of the road , to go park , i was in such a flap about being late , that i ran across the busy road , nearly being hit by a car , i feel onto the kerb , face down , cuts to hands , knees , elbow’s , landed on my chest & ribs with a bang ,’many thanks to the kind dentistry team who came to my assistance, i wish i had got their names ? But , i was in shock ! They got me a chair , cleaned my wounds , put plasters on , stayed until my hubby came , rang for ambulance assistance, they were so , so kind , i can’t thank you all enough , i feel such a fool ! also , can you thank your kind builders , who lifted me up from the floor and got me help , i wish i knew which firm they worked for so i could thank them , they retrieved my phone & glasses , everyone was so , so kind ! Indeed ! Well , i am black & blue , got a few fractured ribs , on strong pain relief ! Honestly , the thing’s you have to do to get out of the dentist. Many thanks The Rowe family .

Having joined FDP's waiting list, I received a call on Saturday inviting me to a NHS appointment on the following Monday. On the day the service was prompt, professional, and the treatment didn't feel rushed. I now have some follow-up treatment booked in May. Very pleased and impressed with FDP, especially when it is so difficult to find NHS dental care across Suffolk.

I had a tooth removed today by the oral surgeon team, I unfortunately I didn't get any names but it was a man and two ladies, they where all absolutely incredible I was a nervous mess and they kept me calm and the lovely blonde lady even let me hold her hand, the man dentist got the tooth out in less then 5 minutes. Please pass on my thanks as they where amazing xx
