I honestly can’t recommend Denchic Dental Spa enough. The staff are absolutely lovely and always make me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walk in. The receptionist is especially kind, friendly, and helpful, which makes such a difference.
The dental team always do a fantastic job and take great care with their work. They are professional, gentle, and make every visit a positive experience. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide excellent service.
Thank you to everyone at Denchic Dental Spa for always being so friendly and delivering such great care. I’m always happy with the results and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I only recently joined this practice and have had nothing but positive experiences here. The receptionists are lovely and the dentist - Poonam Bhatt - is nothing short of a miracle worker! She’s incredibly kind and caring and has a really gentle touch; she takes the time to explain everything very carefully and very thoroughly before and after the procedures; and she’s aided by two wonderful and attentive nurses (whose names I unfortunately don’t know yet!). The whole practice is very welcoming and I always leave feeling relaxed and cared for. If you’re looking for a skilled dentist with an amazingly supportive team working in a warm, friendly and welcoming environment, then I recommend this practice emphatically. It feels like real VIP caregiving!

I had a great experience with Dr. Hayer and the entire team. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The cleaning was thorough, everything was explained clearly, and the overall experience was very positive. I left feeling well taken care of and confident in the care I received. Always a pleasure visiting this practice. The staff are incredibly friendly, and we’ve never had any issues. The pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of care provided.
The environment is clean, relaxing, and professional, which always helps put us at ease. We’ve been coming here for many years, and the team consistently goes above and beyond.
A special thank you to Vishal, one of the newer staff members, who was very attentive and helpful, and as always, Lumi for making us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Another great experience!
