Very helpful from the very first phone call to ask for an emergency appointment due to my bridge falling out. I was given an appointment the next day. Friendly welcoming staff when I walked in. The dentist came to collect me himself, he explained why the bridge had fallen out and what options were open to me to fix it. I did go for the cheapest option !! The prices did shock me if I’m honest and I had joined the plan hoping it would be more affordable for me. Otherwise brilliant.

Recently treated my daughter who was extremely anxious about her visit. Cannot praise the staff and dentist highly enough. The Dentist in particular was absolutely amazing, went above and beyond to put my daughter at ease and explained clearly the procedure that was required. Genuinely very impressed.

Excellent practice. I am always seen to with the upmost care and attention. The clinicians are extremely knowledgeable, reception staff are courteous, friendly and always ring you promptly should any issues arise. Cannot fault this dentist whatsoever :)

Had a great experience here. New to the area and hadn't seen the dentist in years. Both dentist and hygienist and staff were really friendly and not patronising. Had a good chat with the dentist around an issue I've suffered for years with on my jaw. Hygienist left my teeth looking best they ever have.

As usual, friendly efficient service in pleasant surroundings. Plenty of discreet reminders. Only downside was a problem in accessing the portal to update medical data before my appointment, easily solved by reception on arrival for my appointment.
