Abbey House Dental

Totally positive experience all round today at Abbey House Dental (as per normal) for my two children as NHS patients. My daughter was incredibly anxious having missed her last routine checkup. The dentist (Ali) was amazing at putting her at ease and explained everything slowly and methodically. The appointment length and care provided was more akin to a private dental experience. Would highly recommend!

Very pleasant receptionist. Dentist was informative on options for my treatment. I was very happy with my visit today and have an appointment booked next day for treatment. Rehan and Jenn put me at ease when I was having my tooth out. It was very quick and painless. Jenn was lovely, reassuring me all through. Rehan is a really good dentist and I would certainly use this practice again

I had my first appointment as a new patient today. I’m normally anxious with dentists, but Dr Sandesh and Nurse Katie really put me at ease. Dr Sandesh explained everything he was doing, and why, showed me x-ray results and explained what they showed, while Nurse Katie kept me talking so I didn’t have time to feel anxious. This appointment was followed by one with Mand, who explained their patient membership scheme in a clear way. I’ve booked in for a second visit, and would recommend Abbey House for their friendly dispositions and ease with anxious patients.

Had my dental hygiene appointment yesterday with Rafia + Casey. I’m always impressed, Rafia is warm, welcoming, and always a friendly face to see. Her attention to detail is exceptional, she always goes above and beyond and she consistently provides five star care and customer service. She always makes me feel comfortable, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. It’s always a pleasure!

I had an emergency appointment with Lalitha and Sumaira late last Friday afternoon before the bank holiday weekend and received excellent care from both of them. They were professional, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Really grateful for how quickly they fitted me in and looked after me — highly recommend.
