Abbey House Dental

I had my first appointment as a new patient today. I’m normally anxious with dentists, but Dr Sandesh and Nurse Katie really put me at ease. Dr Sandesh explained everything he was doing, and why, showed me x-ray results and explained what they showed, while Nurse Katie kept me talking so I didn’t have time to feel anxious. This appointment was followed by one with Mand, who explained their patient membership scheme in a clear way. I’ve booked in for a second visit, and would recommend Abbey House for their friendly dispositions and ease with anxious patients.

Had my dental hygiene appointment yesterday with Rafia + Casey. I’m always impressed, Rafia is warm, welcoming, and always a friendly face to see. Her attention to detail is exceptional, she always goes above and beyond and she consistently provides five star care and customer service. She always makes me feel comfortable, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. It’s always a pleasure!

I had an emergency appointment with Lalitha and Sumaira late last Friday afternoon before the bank holiday weekend and received excellent care from both of them. They were professional, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Really grateful for how quickly they fitted me in and looked after me — highly recommend.

I would describe my self as a nervious patient. This has resulted in my moving dentist several times before finding Abby House. I have never experienced such amazing patient care in any health service before. The attention to detail makes such a difference. The constant observations help them to identify when reasurance is needed and they take the time to listen and explain everything. A big shout out to Jas and Addi as well as all the fanrastic dental nurses and care coordinators who are always helpful and welcoming. My expernce gave me the reasurance i needed to have a complex proceedure done that i wouldnt have done without the pacient care I received. Massive thank you.

Always five star here. All of the staff, Are not only motivated and efficient, but there are also kind helpful and fun. I need to mention Claire and Amy who are on reception the day I had treatment and they were brilliant. And then Claire who is my dentist also made my treatment comfortable and as it happens amusing. So thank you to the whole team and keep doing the good work that you do each day. Tom W.
