Miss Emmi

Had several massages with Hayley now - both deep tissue and relaxation - and her work is amazing. Hayley is incredibly knowledgeable and talented. The set up at HSF is fab and I thoroughly enjoy and gain huge benefit from every treatment there. I added on a facial to my relaxing massage recently and it was the best treat. Beautiful vegan products combined with Hayley’s massage expertise took a 30 minute facial to a whole new level!

I’ve been getting deep tissue and sports massage from Hayley at HSF Massage Therapy for a few years now, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Hayley is extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She has helped me regain mobility from old injuries, and I always notice a real improvement after each session. The studio itself is lovely, calm, and very relaxing, which makes the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for high-quality massage therapy, Hayley is fantastic.

I just had my first deep tissue massage with Hayley and I honestly can't recommend her enough. I'd been suffering with a very sore shoulder that was getting progressively worse, with pain starting to travel down my arm. From the moment I arrived, Hayley was so professional, warm and friendly, and she made me feel completely at ease. The massage itself was incredible, the perfect balance of deeply relaxing and genuinely therapeutic. She worked through the knots in my upper trapezius (between my neck and shoulder) and back with such skill and care. She also picked up on an extremely tense muscle in my lower left back that I hadn't even realised was contributing to my discomfort, and spent time really focusing on it. I left feeling noticeably lighter, looser, and in far less pain. It made such a difference. Hayley is clearly very knowledgeable and attentive in what she does, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone dealing with tension or pain. I'll definitely be booking again.

Thank you so much Hayley for an amazing deep tissue massage. Hayley listened to exactly what was causing me issues and focused on this throughout the treatment. I can’t believe the difference in my back. The pain and stiffness is gone and my posture has improved so much. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much again!

I had an amazing deep tissue massage at HSF Massage Therapy, one of the best I’ve ever had! Hayley really knows what she is doing, targeting all the right spots with the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and free of all the tension I came in with. The atmosphere was calm and professional, and I appreciated how Hayley checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone needing proper muscle relief or just a great reset. I’ll definitely be back!
