I went into this clinic in tears worried that I wouldn’t be able to walk around without being in pain on holiday due to a flare up of sciatica and I came out and was able to walk normally. The laser was amazing and the massage, whilst very painful at times, has helped me immeasurably. I can not thank you enough. I feel so much better and so relieved! .

Pulled a muscle in my back in December and have been in pain when moving around, sleeping etc. I had a session booked for a deep tissue massage and laser treatment on the affected area with Pam and immediately felt a difference. Pam also gave great advice on what I need to do after the session to help the recovery process and a few days after the treatment the pain is gone! 100% would recommend.

I was visiting the area and this place was recommended by someone. I had max for a 90 min session as just really needed a good deep massage. I had max and he was excellent. Would highly recommend. I’ll definitely book again when I’m in Leicester.

I love coming to S&T clinic. I go to Pam for laser and Ivy for hot stones combination techniques. As a dancer who has an accumulation of injuries, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. S&T Clinic in my personal opinion are the best of the best and I always recommend them to people with injuries or any types of muscle tightness.
