Poor service, unclean, and make you feel like a hassle for turning up. The masseuse shows no enthusiasm and they're only concerned about upscaling the services and charging more.
Did not have soap or tissue paper in the toilets when I went. The masseuse even felt annoyed she had to open the door for my arrival.
I also feel the management is completely dishonest and is only interested in making a quick buck. More context below.

Originally left my review above. The management got in touch and apologised and said they'd give me 30 mins free next visit if I was interested. Asked me to take down the review.
About 4-5 weeks went by and I was heading in the direction of the place and thought I'd enquire about a massage. Only then realised the management have blocked me and my number. She just wanted me to remove my review. Also, after my initial review, I saw there a flood of positive 5 star reviews to bury mine and make it look like they offer an amazing service. I would be highly suspicious about those reviews.

i came back after we arsenal won the league worst massage ever, By gabriella travelled along way. now tina and was amazing the best by far 😜🍌💦🙏🏿 her attention to detail and attentiveness is crucial
