The website says deep tissue massage is 3k for 60 mins and 4k for 90 mins. Website has booking assistance Priya to book as a pop up, this says 20% off on all services and then it also says up to 35% off. I booked the appointment and had to pay after the service. Walked down to the place and the person at front desk had no idea abouts this assistant or the offer. He had a price list which said for 60 mins 4k or something. He has to call someone and he kept on talking to him. As per the offer in website the price should be 3k and 20% off, ends up 2.4k. I got frustrated and walked out. Only point is that if you are offering something via website then you need to let everyone know. Do not waste time of folks and mislead them. I will never go here because of this experience

Just had a 40 min deep tissue session with Luma.. and it was amazing. The ambience is really good & the staff was really comparative, specially the manager the super helpful. Location was quite convenient to find. Overall was a very good experience!!!

Genuinely one of the most relaxing and comfortable massages I’ve gotten! Clean and pleasant space with relaxing music and staff. Massage therapist was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. Even got a steam and shower as an added bonus with my massage! Wasn’t expecting it and was pleasantly surprised. Well worth!

Manager is very rude and cheap. I think his name is Bharat. He gave incorrect prices over phone and than increased prices once walk in. He doesnt have any manners and doesnt know how to speak with customers. Very bad experience due to the manager and wont visit again. Only star I am giving is due to the massage being good.

Feels very happy to share reviews of my opinion. It was a great experience and met a very humble person mr karma (manager ) who was very good in his work as an employee aswell as miss priya was also very good as a therapist. Thankyou for giving me a quality time
